We’re a small New England-based company dedicated to writing good copy that gets the job done. Since 2020, we’ve been doing just that, helping marketers (especially Marketing Directors, department of one) get consistent content for their clients without the BS of chasing freelancers or trying to rely on AI text generators.
Our team is a lot smaller than it used to be (thanks, AI *most intense eyeroll ever*), so we’ve switched our new sign-ups process from “send it!” to “talk to us” because we want to make sure we can accommodate your needs before we take your money.
While our team is smaller, we’re still here. And if that’s not a testament to our quality of service and work when getting copy could be as easy as “ask ChatGPT,” then I don’t know what is.

Naturally, you have some questions.
Why Not Just Use ChatGPT?
If you only need a blog or two per week and you’re not grossed out by AI generated content, then, yeah, by all means, use an AI tool to bang it out.
But the truth of the matter is that AI tools are just that: tools. They aren’t magic and they don’t make your workload disappear. AI content can also be horribly inaccurate and repetitive, which means it still requires quite a bit of tweaking and editing from you (i.e., your time, energy, and attention).
When you need a ton of copy, it’s still going to be a ton of work, just like it was before generative AI.
Once you reach that tipping point of not having enough time to create all the copy you need, your options for getting it all done are also the same as before: hire someone in-house or find a decent freelancer. . .
Ooooorrrr you could skip the hassle of freelancers and the overhead cost of hiring in-house and work with Panda Copy instead.
All of our writers and editors are 1099 or W2 employees, and everyone has been with us for at least three years (we’ve been doing this since 2020). So chances are, you’ll be working with the same team members on each request. We believe keeping a consistent team helps improve the quality of our work.
We also believe our fixed monthly pricing is much easier for agencies and marketing teams to account for with their finance teams because there are no variable costs associated with word length, expertise, etc.
Is it truly unlimited?
Yes. You can submit an unlimited number of projects, and we’ll get to them based on your plan size and the order you set.
Once a project is completed, we’ll move on to the next one in your list. Revisions are handled separate from your project queue so things don’t slow down when you need something changed.
If you have a sudden need for additional content, you can upgrade your account at any time.
What topics can you write about?
We can write about pretty much anything except very technical or advanced topics.
We’re a team made up of generalists, meaning we all know at least a little bit about a lot of things and we’re really good at researching.
For complex or overly difficult projects, we will let you know up front if we have any questions, or you can give us a shout and ask about specific topics.
How does the 1-2 day Turnaround Work?
When you submit a project request, we’ll start working on the first project in your queue and do our best to get it back to you within 1-2 business days, depending on complexity or the amount of work you have requested. When that project is complete, we’ll start working on your next one.
For example, if you request a 2,000-word blog post you can expect this project to take about 2-4 business days depending on your plan selection.
If you have urgent or deadline focused work, please make a note of it, although we cannot guarantee meeting deadlines.
Please note: We do not offer any SLAs or turnaround guarantees. We believe that all of our clients deserve well crafted copy, so this sometimes takes us a bit more time.
Do you work weekends? Holidays? Are you 24/7?
Our team works Monday through Friday during U.S. business hours and we observe federal U.S. holidays.
Writing is creative work, which requires downtime to avoid burnout. We encourage our staff to turn notifications off while they’re not working so they can jump back in fully recharged when it’s time get going again.
Is Your copy SEO Friendly?
Yes. We ask for the keywords you would like inserted into the copy as part of our project intake. Aside from keywords, we follow current SEO best practices regarding things like heading and keyword density, sentence and paragraph length, use of lists, and proper layout and formatting to keep copy skimmable and concise.
Additionally, you can provide specific instructions or formatting/brand guidelines when submitting your project requests.
We also offer support for SurferSEO and Frase on our bigger plans if you would like to take your SEO up a notch.
Where are your writers located?

All our writers are thoroughly vetted for their English fluency and writing skills, and every project goes through a native English speaking editor in the US or UK before being delivered to you.
Is the copy original?

How are your files delivered?
We make it easy to actually use all of the content we create. Each project is automatically exported into .docx, .txt, or HTML files, so that you can use it anywhere.
What is a sub account?
The sub accounts feature allows you to set up multiple accounts under one parent account. Think of it as additional log-ins for your team. A sub account does not give you multiple project queues or increase your daily output.
Can I have Multiple Accounts?
Yes! Opening a second account is a great way to manage content needs for multiple brands if you need to keep billing separate. Each account will have its own daily limit and project queue.
